The Growth Leaderboard

Before call tracking goes live, the first competition on Zaps is growth. Every day, clans compete on verified new members joined, and a fixed daily pool of 10,000 zaps is paid out to every growing clan. Whoever recruits the most real traders today, earns today.

How the daily pool pays

• Every clan participates. No minimum rank, no gate. A clan's share of the pool is proportional to its share of the network's verified growth that day.
• The KOL earns 30% of the clan's pool: the biggest single cut in the room, because bringing the room in is the leader's job.
• Members split 70%, weighted by each member's Trader Score. You earn by belonging to a growing room, which turns every member into a recruiter.

Payouts are credited automatically at the close of each day. No claiming, no tasks. Published boards are final: they are never rewritten, and paid zaps are never clawed back.

Quality counts. Headcount does not.

Growth is measured by the verified quality of who joined, never by raw headcount:

• A recruit with real onchain history counts in proportion to the strength of that history.
• A thousand bot joins add exactly zero. Accounts below the quality floor contribute nothing to the board.
• A member who leaves within 7 days of joining stops counting from the next day forward.
• Leaving and rejoining within 14 days contributes zero growth. Join-churn farming is dead on arrival.

The winning move, by construction, is recruiting genuinely good traders. There is no shortcut version of that.

The Growth Cup

Every Monday, the week's growth rolls up into the Growth Cup: the weekly ranking of which clans actually grew, published publicly. Daily boards create the habit. The Monday roll-up creates the moment.

Where you see it

The Growth tab on the Leaderboard page carries today's live ranking. Growth pool wins appear in the home feed as they land. And clan pages show growth earnings in the clan's numbers, so every room knows what its recruiting is worth.
