The Vision

Proof Over Promises

Followers can be bought. Win rates can't.

Every metric this market uses to judge influence can be purchased. Followers. Engagement. Even mindshare.

One thing cannot be purchased: a record of calls settled against real onchain outcomes, built automatically, with the losses displayed next to the wins. Whoever holds that record does not need to be believed. They can be checked.

That is the entire idea behind Zaps. Replace belief with checking.

Attach to what already happens

The graveyard of social trading products is full of apps that asked people to move. New feed, new habits, new place to post. Zaps asks for none of it.

KOLs keep posting calls on X, exactly as they always have. Traders keep trading from their own wallets, on the venues they already use. Zaps sits on top and reads what the chain already knows. The only new action anyone ever takes is connecting once: a KOL connects their X account, a trader connects X and links wallets. From that moment the record builds itself: calls detected and timestamped, trades attributed, outcomes settled, scores updated.

Connect once · Everything else is automatic

One verb: trading

Zaps measures trading. Not TVL, not quest completion, not governance votes, not app opens.

The reason is frequency. TVL is set and forget. Quests are one-time. But traders trade every day, often several times a day, and a reputation system is only alive if the behavior it measures happens daily. Narrowing to one verb also makes the measurement honest: one thing measured completely beats ten things measured approximately.

Honesty is the feature, not the price

Every detected call is tracked whether the KOL likes the outcome or not. Cards cannot be edited. Burns are permanent. Fees are stated plainly, next to the button that costs them.

This sounds like friction. It is the product. A record that only shows wins is a billboard, and the market already has millions of those. A record that shows the losses is the only kind that makes the wins mean anything. On Zaps, a verified 62% win rate beats an unverifiable 90% every time, with exactly the audience that matters: people deciding where to put money.

Next: what Zaps actually is, layer by layer.
